Privacy Policy

Effective: May 12, 2026 · Last updated: September 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Fenwick Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Tonight's Table mobile application (the "App") and our website, tonightstableapp.com (the "Website").

We've designed Tonight's Table to collect as little data as possible. The App contains no advertising and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. The information you create in the App (your visited-restaurants log, ratings, and settings) stays on your device. The App does send a small set of anonymous usage statistics to our own server so we can see how the App is used, as described below. The third parties involved are Apple, which processes purchases and provides map data, and RevenueCat, which helps us understand subscription activity. Each acts under its own privacy policy.

Summary

Information We Collect

Information we do not collect

Through the App, we (Fenwick Holdings LLC) do not collect or store on any server:

Information processed locally on your device, with your permission

Anonymous usage statistics

The App sends a small number of events to our server at tonightstableapp.com so we can understand how the App is used and where people get stuck. The events are: opening the App; finishing the welcome screens; allowing location access; making a first and a second restaurant pick; opening the visited log; leaving a rating; seeing the plans screen; and starting a free trial or a purchase, including which plan. Each event carries the App version, your device language, the time, and a random ID that the App creates on your device the first time it runs. Our server also records the country the request came from.

This random ID is not your advertising identifier and is not linked to your name, email, Apple ID, or any account. Deleting the App deletes it. The events never include your location, the restaurants you search for or view, anything you type, or your visited log.

Purchase information

When you start a subscription or buy the lifetime unlock, Apple processes the transaction through the App Store and informs the App of your purchase status through Apple's StoreKit framework. The App receives only the fact that a valid purchase exists (for example, "yearly subscription active" or "lifetime purchased") so it can unlock itself. We receive no payment data, no billing address, and no Apple ID. To decide whether an existing installation predates the paid version, the App also reads the version of the App you originally downloaded from Apple's signed app receipt on your device; this stays on your device.

The App also uses RevenueCat, a subscription analytics service, in a mode where the App completes every purchase itself through Apple and RevenueCat only observes it. RevenueCat receives the App's purchase and subscription records (for example, which plan was bought, and when a free trial converts or a subscription renews), a random ID it creates for your installation, and basic technical details such as your device type, App version, and country. It does not receive your name, email, payment details, or Apple ID, and it never decides whether you have access.

How Information Is Used

Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We do not rent or transfer your information to third parties, other than the service providers listed below that process it on our behalf.

The App and Website rely on the following services:

When you tap "Open in Maps," "Open in Waze," "Call," "Website," or "Share," the App opens the corresponding system app or browser. Once you leave Tonight's Table, the destination app's own privacy policy applies. We do not share data with those apps; we simply open them with the relevant address, phone number, or URL.

Earlier versions of the App

Versions of Tonight's Table before 2.10 were free and showed advertising through Google AdMob, which could use the device advertising identifier subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice. Version 2.10 removed advertising and the advertising SDK entirely. If you are still on an earlier version, please update; while you remain on an earlier version, Google's privacy policy governs any data that ad SDK collected, and you can decline tracking in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, then Tracking.

Our Website

The Website counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. Each visit gets a random session ID that lasts only while your browser tab is open, and we record the page you viewed, your browser language, the site that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you followed, your general device type (such as iPhone or Android), the country the request came from, and whether you tapped the App Store button or opened the Android waitlist.

If you join the Android waitlist, we store the email address you enter, along with your language, your country, and the page you signed up from, so we can tell you when the Android version is ready. We use it for nothing else, and you can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing the address below.

Data Retention

Anonymous usage statistics and Website visit counts are kept on our server so we can compare them over time. Because they are not linked to you, we cannot single out a particular person's events. Android waitlist emails are kept until the Android version launches or until you ask us to remove yours. Data stored locally on your device persists until you delete the App or clear its data through iOS settings. You can delete individual entries from the visited-restaurants log inside the App at any time by swiping to delete in the Log tab. Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat under their own policies.

Your Rights

Everyone

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

We collect only the anonymous usage statistics and Website data described above and, if you join the Android waitlist, your email address. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to deletion, and the right to non-discrimination. To exercise these rights, email us.

EU and UK residents (GDPR)

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing. We process anonymous usage statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the App, and Android waitlist emails on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. The only personal data we may hold is a waitlist email address, which you can ask us to access, correct, or erase. Everything else the App stores is on your device and under your control. Purchase data is processed by Apple as an independent controller and by RevenueCat on our behalf.

Children's Privacy

Tonight's Table is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

Your visited log, ratings, and settings never leave your device and are protected by iOS's standard sandboxing and encryption. Anonymous usage statistics and Website data are sent to our server over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and update the policy within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
