Effective: June 17, 2026 · Last updated: June 17, 2026

Fenwick Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Tonight's Table (the "App") and tonightstableapp.com (the "Site") to do the same. This page explains how to report material you believe infringes your copyright, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the "DMCA," 17 U.S.C. § 512).

How Tonight's Table handles content

Tonight's Table does not host user-uploaded content on our servers. The App has no accounts and no server-side storage — your visited log and ratings stay on your device. Restaurant information shown in the App comes from Apple's MapKit service, which we do not own, control, or modify. If you nonetheless believe that material on our Site or in the App infringes a copyright you own, you may send us a notice as described below.

Reporting alleged copyright infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe material available through the App or Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes all of the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

Designated Copyright Agent

Send DMCA notices to our designated agent:

Service Provider: Fenwick Holdings LLC
DMCA Registration Number: DMCA-1073930
Designated Agent: Luke Fenwick
Mailing Address: 131 Burton Road, Beacon Falls, CT 06403
Email: pisteiq@gmail.com
Phone: (203) 767-2131

This address and email are for copyright and DMCA notices only. For general questions, please use hello@tonightstableapp.com instead.

Counter-notification

If you believe material of yours was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes:

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we may disable or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.

Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed or disabled by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please be sure you are the copyright owner, or authorized to act on the owner's behalf, before submitting a notice.
